Description
KUD would like to review problems connected to pensions for the three artists groups that are currently included in the Opera Pension Act (ballet dancers, singing soloists and choir singers employed by DNO&B), and an assessment of whether the current pension scheme for these groups is appropriate, set up against the pension system after the pension reform and the ongoing work on changes to pension rules for other professional groups with special age rules. The review shall assess alternative solutions for the different artists groups and whether the pension scheme can be replaced with a scheme where instead performance will be given over a certain period of restructuring when employees end their working conditions at DNO&B. In addition the review shall map pension regulations and any restructuring schemes in the area in other Nordic and possibly other relevant European countries. The review shall form the basis for assessing changes in the pension scheme for the different artist groups, as well as possible transitional arrangements and adaptations after the pension reform.
