Description
Hankinnan kohteena on resurssisuunnittelujärjestelmä Kelan asiakaspalvelu-henkilöstön resurssisuunnitteluun sekä siihen liittyvien integraatioiden vaatimat rajapinnat. Resurssisuunnittelujärjestelmä hankitaan SaaS-palveluna. Uusi ratkaisu hankitaan nykyisen Teleopti (Calabrio WFM) -palvelun tilalle.
