Le programme de l'opération tient compte d'une réhabilitation totale du site incluant la rationalisation des surfaces occupées selon l'évolution des effectifs, l'amélioration de la performance énergétique et du confort des occupants ainsi que l'optimisation des coûts d'exploitation.
