Description
La présente consultation a pour objet la confection et la livraison des repas et goûters, en liaison froide, pour les enfants et les adultes du scolaire et de l'accueil de loisirs, ainsi que pour le personnel communal. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent les options (prestations similaires et la totalité des périodes de reconductions). L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une période initiale de 12 mois, à compter du 14/04/2025 jusqu'au 13/04/2026. L'accord-cadre est reconduit tacitement jusqu'à son terme. Le nombre de périodes de reconduction est fixé à 3. La durée de chaque période de reconduction est de 12 mois. La durée maximale du contrat, toutes périodes confondues, est de 48 mois. Les candidats ont l'obligation de répondre à la solution de base et devront faire une proposition pour la variante exigée (solution alternative) comme stipulé dans le règlement de la consultation
