Description

De opdracht is samengesteld uit twee deelprojecten (hierna ook “deelopdrachten” genoemd), waarbij de uitvoering van elk deelproject volledig afzonderlijk wordt opgevolgd. Deelopdracht 1 omvat de renovatie en herbestemming van gebouwdelen A&B (zie figuur) tot een centrum voor geestelijke gezondheidszorg en wordt opgevolgd door CGG Andante vzw, vertegenwoordigd door haar raad van bestuur. Deelopdracht 2 omvat de renovatie en herbestemming van gebouwdelen C,D,E & F tot een plek voor, werken, maken, zorgen en ontmoeten, … en wordt opgevolgd door projectvennootschap BV De Ridders (met als aandeelhouders Miss Miyagi Fonds cv, ’t Speelscholeke vzw en Centrum voor Geestelijke Gezondheidszorg Andante vzw), vertegenwoordigd door haar raad van bestuur. -zie verder in de administratieve bepalingen-
