Description
Het bestuur van Avri heeft op 15 februari 2024 besloten aan HVC, gevestigd te Alkmaar, een uitsluitend recht/alleenrecht als bedoeld in artikel 2.24, aanhef en onder a, van de Aanbestedingswet 2012 te verlenen voor de verwerking van het door Avri ingezamelde restafval met ingang van 1 april 2024. Op grond van dit alleenrecht is Avri thans voornemens om met HVC een overeenkomst voor de verwerking van het door Avri ingezamelde restafval aan te gaan. Deze overeenkomst kent een looptijd van 1 april 2024 t/m uiterlijk 31 maart 2025. Deze overeenkomst is bedoeld als overbruggingsovereenkomst voor de periode tussen 1 april 2024 en het moment waarop Avri een definitief besluit zal hebben genomen over toetreding als aandeelhouder tot HVC (vanaf welk moment er een beroep op de (quasi-)inbestedingsuitzondering kan worden gedaan). 170.000 ton
