ØRIK invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the procurement of residences with possibilities for 24 hour services - Gjerivegen 18 for Gjerdrum municipality. Gjerdrum kommune (BH) is planning to erect 10 residences with possibilities for 24 hour services, communal areas etc. The residences shall be erect at the property Gjerivegen 18. Prosj. shall be BREEAM-NOR certified - Very Good cf. "Pre-analysis - Gjerivegen 18". A complete description of the delivery is in the attached Book 0 and function description, including annexes and drawings.
