Description

La présente consultation concerne le réseau radio TETRA et système numérique extension infrastructure, terminaux, maintenance infrastructure et logiciel. Fournitures et services du réseau radio TETRA : - faire évoluer l'infrastructure du réseau, par adjonction de stations de base ou extension du nombre par station, - faire évoluer le parc de terminaux en nombre et en types, - assurer la maintenance du système Cette consultation s'effectue dans le cadre d'un groupement de commandes conformément aux articles L. 2113-6 à L. 2113-8 du Code de la commande publique avec les organismes suivants : - Méditerranée Métropole (coordinateur du groupement) - Ville de Montpellier Montpellier Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire avec seuil annuel maximum est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. La valeur maximale estimée du besoin pour toute la durée du contrat (4 ans au maximum) est de 3 600 000 euro(s) H.T. La durée totale de l'accord-cadre est de 2 ans à compter de l'ordre de service de démarrage, renouvelable 1 fois 2 ans
