Description
Different evaluations and surveys have asked questions about aspects of the NAV offices ́ accessibility, especially for users who are not adequately taken care of by telephone or by digital services. We would, based on this, gain more and total knowledge about the availability of services and services in the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration. The aim of the procurement is that the Ministry shall get an updated knowledge basis on the availability of NAV offices. • The survey shall provide more and total knowledge on the availability of services and services in the NAV office through different forms of contact. • The survey shall include both governmental and municipal services and services, and accessibility to them by telephone/NAV Contact Centre, post, digital solutions, attendance at NAV offices and/or at physical meetings elsewhere. • Questions we would like to have highlighted and discussed are: o How is the availability of the NAV office for users and collaboration partners? o What conditions affect the availability of services and services in the NAV office? o What contributes to better accessibility by the NAV office for users and collaboration partners? o …
