Description
The Central Statistics Office (CSO) is seeking tenders from suitably qualified economic operators for the provision of managed services for its existing AWS cloud environment. In summary, the Services comprise the operation, maintenance, security, optimisation and support of the CSO’s existing cloud environment, including operational support, monitoring, security management, cost optimisation, reporting, governance and exit support. The Services also include project-based activities outside the routine managed service scope, including support to the CSO’s applications teams for the implementation and provisioning of new or amended workloads introduced during the contract term. To be clear, the scope of this procurement does not include the selection of a cloud service provider, the design of a new cloud platform, or large-scale migration activities.
