Description
This notice does not constitute a contract notice or a call for tenders, nor does its publication constitute an invitation to tender. This is a pre-announcement of a future acquisition. The advance notice is accompanied by a market survey/information request, allowing interested companies to engage in a technical dialogue on procurement with the contracting entity.
