Description
GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE RFI The Finnish Transport and Communications Agency Traficom works to ensure the availability of well-functioning, safe, secure and reasonably priced transport and communications connections and services in Finland. Traficom is the competent PRS authority in Finland (FI CPA) as provided by the Act on Electronic Communications Services. The National Cyber Security Centre NCSC-FI is responsible for the PRS duties at Traficom. Detailed information about the duties as well as the detailed background about this RFI is presented in annex 1. The purpose of this RFI is to find market offerings concerning the Galileo PRS service provision. The aim of the RFI is to comprehensively obtain relevant information so that the potential procurements can be carried out in an appropriate manner. Decisions on the possible launch of the procurement processes will be made after market mapping. Please note that this RFI is not a call for tenders and all the information in the RFI as well as its annexes is only preliminary.
