THE SUBJECT-MATTER OF THE PROCUREMENT The Finnish National Agency for Education is preparing to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). This DPS covers expertise / technical support in the field of education related to developing countries. The assignments tendered through this DPS may include, for example, • expert advice and support to EDUFI and to developing country ministries and organizations in development of education, • conducting analytical studies, reviews and evaluations • drafting and updating policy guidelines and other documentation, • drafting and supporting developing action/project plans, • organising training Below is a list of the major work that included in the DPS, but not limited to: • externally funded projects, such as Team Europe Initiatives - The Regional Teachers Initiative for Africa (RTIA) which supports teacher education and teacher professional development in Sub-Saharan Africa, including providing Technical Assistance to ministries of education. - Opportunity-Driven Skills and Vocational Education and Training in Africa (TEI OP-VET) which provides targeted support to (re)orient existing or planned sector-specific skills and VET inter…
