Description
This is Request for information for BYOD Digital classroom exams and exercises system. With this RFI Aalto University is seeking information on suppliers interested in delivering the services described. Aalto University is seeking a tool for BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) type digital classroom exams or exercises that take place in the same room. Current BYOD exam volumes are approximately 100 to 800 users per exam, 4 exams per quarter. REQUIREMENT The system must be able to restrict the access to the user’s computer to predefined resources such as web pages, attachments, files and software (such as Microsoft Excel) required during the task. It should be possible to provide the software required for the task either virtually, or locally on the computer itself. The system should be able to return files or attachments created or modified during the execution of the task or exam to pre-defined online platforms , and it should allow returning to restricted external environments. The system must be able to integrate with, at least, Moodle learning environment, and must work at least on Windows and Mac environments. Linux compatibility is desirable.
