Description
This is REQUEST FOR INFORMATION for A Subscription Agent for Aalto University. With this RFI Aalto University is seeking information on suppliers interested in delivering the services described. Aalto University's library services are provided by the Learning Centre. Not only are Aalto University students and staff served, but the services are available to everyone outside the university. The annual use of our library collections includes 22,000 physical loans, over 2,100,000 journal articles downloads and over 2,300,000 downloads of e-book chapters, supplemented by 1,200 interlibrary loans. Target is to procure a subscription agent capable of providing a customer-oriented, reliable and fully integrable periodical subscription service that meets the needs of Aalto University. The prerequisites are that the subscription agent: - has an online subscription management system that allows us to order, claim and renew subscriptions and review current and past orders - maintains comprehensive bibliographic details, pricing and format availability of journal titles - provides activation and license details for electronic titles The tendering process will be initiated Q2/2024.
