Description
La présente consultation a pour objet de confier à une équipe pluridisciplinaire, une mission de maîtrise d'oeuvre pour la réalisation des travaux nécessaires à la requalification de l'école primaire de Chavanne à Saint-Chamond. Elle relève du code de la commande publique et est menée en procédure avec négociation en application des articles L2124-3, R2124-3 et R2161-12 à R2161-20 dudit code. Il n'est pas prévu de décomposition en lots. Les prestations comprennent une mission de maîtrise d'oeuvre de base avec les études d'exécution de niveau 1 et le visa des plans d'entreprise en phase travaux (EXE 1 + VISA), une mission complémentaire d'ordonnancement, pilotage et coordination (OPC), ainsi qu'une mission complémentaire de Coordination Système de Sécurité Incendie (CSSI)
