Description
The contract consists of two agreements which are intended to be concluded at the same time, namely one agreement for the delivery of CTS devices including accessories, and other associated goods and services, and one agreement for the performance of maintenance to the CTS devices including the delivery and/or rendering of associated goods and services, at request. The CTS shall be used in combination with the 12.7 mm Barrett M107A1 and Accuracy Int. AX338 rifles. The scope of delivery consists of the delivery of 108 devices of CTS including accessories, with the right to invoke optional additional delivery of maximum 39 CTS devices including accessories immediately upon signature of the contract and another maximum 75 within 60 months after acceptance of the last goods delivered under the contract, taking into account a minimum order quantity of 3 devices. Furthermore, an Initial Spare Parts Package (ISPP) for three years, Special Tools and Test Equipment (ST&TE), documentation and the provision of training are also included in the scope of delivery.
