Cet accord cadre comprend à ce titre les éléments de mission DIAG, PRO, ACT, VISA, DET, AOR et C-STRESS ainsi que les prestations d'assistance à maitrise d'ouvrage PRES-EXT et AMO. Cette opération comporte des travaux sur des autoroutes en service, sur les voies portées ou franchies (routes départementales, canal fluvial, SNCF, réseau viaire, etc) et en zone protégée (type Natura 2000 par exemple).
