Description
Norske Tog AS must carry out repairs of damaged boggier as a result of an accident on the Nordlandsbanen line. These boggi are previously modified by Mantena AS and can only be used on locomotives that are equivalently adapted. As a part of this procurement, the remaining three locomotives shall be modified to ensure compatibility. A full boggire audit is also required in order to use these as normal. Modifications have been made on the bogies, but Norske Tog AS has neither access to nor the necessary rights to the documentation required to carry out the procurement. The modifications are carried out by Mantena AS, who is thus the only supplier with access to the essential documentation for the project. Due to technical reasons, it is therefore not possible to hold a competition.
