Projektets övergripande mål är att genomföra en omfattande översyn av Optimushuset och dess tekniska system, samt varsamt renovera och sanera den kulturhistoriskt värdefulla byggnaden för att möta dagens krav och förbereda den för framtida verksamheter. Detta innebär att bevara och modernisera Optimushuset, vilket inkluderar att säkerställa en säker och funktionell miljö för alla användare. Projektet upphandlas i samverkan.
