Description

Beställaren ämnar att i samverkan med upphandlad entreprenör inventera befintliga byggnader samt planera, projektera och genomföra ROT-renovering på fastigheten Skogstorp 4;149. Renoveringen innefattar lägenheternas hallar, kök, tvättstugor och två badrum i 30 lägenheter. Därutöver ska samtliga tak bytas och befintliga frostskador i fasaderna åtgärdas.
