Description

renovations to provide for reconfiguration of existing plumbing workshop and formation of two classrooms at the College of Further Education and Training, Bay 112, Shannon Industrial Estate, Shannon, Co. Clare. The Contractor must confine his operations within the areas in the immediate vicinity of the works being executed at any time. The site will remain operational during renovation works and there will be associated space constraints on access egress routes. Refer to the works requirements for the nature and extent of the Works.
