Le présent C.C.T.P. a pour objet la description des travaux de PEINTURE, ETANCHEITE et PLAFOND SUSPENDU à exécuter pour l'opération" RENOVATION DE LA MAIRIE CENTRALE " sur la Commune de SALAZIE. Lors de la consultation initiale, les corps d'état ci-après ont été notifiés le février 2021 comme suit : * Lot 1 - GROS OEUVRE / RESEAU EP/ DIVERS à SARL C2R * Lot 3 - MENUISERIE ALUMINIUN / VITRERIE à ENTREPRISE MENUISERIE ALUMINIUN BIGOT qui a eu un avenant de transfert le 1 mars 2024 a l'entreprise SAS MAB ALU * Lot 4 - PLOMBERIE - SANITAIRE CLIMATISATION/CHAUFFAGE/VENTILATION à CEGELEC * Lot 5 - ELECTRICITE/ ALARME INCENDIE ASCENCEUR à SARL TEGIS * Lot 6 -PEINTURE/ETANCHEITE/PLAFOND SUSPENDU relance suite à un redressement judiciaire du titulaire Une relance pour ce lot a été notifié le 21 septembre 2022 * Lot 2A - CHARPENTE-COUVERTURE à C2R Une relance pour ce lot a été notifié le 21 septembre 2022 * Lot 2B - MENUISERIE ACIER - FERRONNERIE à C2R
