Description
Le présent marché a pour objet l'exécution des travaux de rénovation de plusieurs zones représentant environ 4 000m² au sein de l'Institut Curie sur le site de Saint Cloud. L'opération de travaux constitue un marché alloti en 11 lots. La procédure principale prévue pour l'opération de réhabilitation est l'appel d'offres ouvert. Néanmoins, l'acheteur prévoit de recourir à une procédure adaptée ouverte avec possibilité de négociation (MAPA) pour certains lots de montant limité, conformément aux dispositions de l'article R.2123-1 du Code de la commande publique. Seuls les lots 1, 3, 4, 6, 8, 9, 10 sont concernés par la présente procédure d'appel d'offre ouvert (AOO).
