Description
Nordre Follo municipality needs to enter into a framework agreement with contractors for renovation and construction assignments. Assignments can apply to all parts of the municipality ́s properties. The properties consist of i.a. schools, nurseries, sheltered accommodation flats, nursing homes, hospitals, sports and swimming facilities, water and sewage stations, residences, offices and cultural buildings. The purpose-built buildings for Nordre Follo municipality have a scope of approx. 340,000 m2 divided between approx. 200 buildings and the municipality has approx. 900 rental dwellings.
