Het Maastricht UMC+ is voornemens via een Europese procedure middels concurrentiegerichte dialoog de uitvoering voor de renovatie van de lichtstraten/ wanden/ RWA serrehal en poliplein van het hoofdgebouw van het Maastricht UMC+ (resp. deelproject 1) aan te besteden met als doel het sluiten van een Overeenkomst met één (1) Hoofdaannemer. circa 2.300m2
