Het Project betreft de renovatie en uitbreiding van het huidige Dominicus College aan de Energieweg 93 te Nijmegen t.b.v. de herhuisvesting van de locatie Leuvensbroek van het Mondial College (mavo, havo en vwo). Omvang: o Bestaand: totaal ca. 8.870 m2 BVO. o Beoogde uitbreiding: totaal ca. 1.300 m2 BVO. o Beoogde eindsituatie (na uitbreiding): totaal ca. 10.170 m2 BVO. o Beoogde sloop: het conciërge-gebouw (bijgebouw) en de onderdelen noodzakelijk t.b.v. de uitbreiding en verduurzaming. o Beoogd: onderwijshuisvesting geschikt voor 1.150 leerlingen.
