Description
Het project omvat de renovatie en versteviging van het kantoorgebouw van Waterschap Rijn en IJssel te Doetinchem. Dit gebeurt in bouwteamverband, waarbij het Technisch Ontwerp door het Ontwerpteam is uitgewerkt met input van gegadigde voor optimalisaties van het ontwerp, proces en de bouwtechnieken. Vervolgens zal de gegadigde de realisatie van het project op zich nemen. Dit omvat de renovatie, constructieve verstevigingen, de werktuigbouwkundige installaties, de elektrotechnische installaties en het inbouwpakket van het kantoorgebouw.
