La présente consultation a pour objet la conclusion d'un contrat de concession de service public, soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 1411-1 et suivants du CGCT et R. 1411-1 et suivants du CGCT, ainsi qu'à l'article L. 1121-3 et suivants de la troisième partie du code de la commande publique, pour l'exploitation du casino municipal de Bussang. Valeur totale estimée : 20 000 000 euros sur 8 ans, 30 000 000 euros sur 12 ans Durée de la concession : 8 ans ou 12 ans
