Description
L’objet de la procédure de passation de marché est la conclusion d’un accord-cadre pour la réalisation de travaux d’isolation et / ou de rénovation de toitures plates et /ou inclinées d’une superficie supérieure à 400 m² de bâtiments publics bruxellois. Le marché comprend notamment (liste non-exhaustive) : • La fourniture et le placement de tout le matériel et de tous les matériaux requis pour l’isolation et/ou la rénovation d’une toiture de quelque type que ce soit ; • La fourniture et placement, à la demande du Pouvoir Public concerné, des équipements permanents de protection collective ; • Le transport et la manutention du matériel et des matériaux; • Les garanties (décennale, etc.) ; • La constitution du dossier en vue de l’obtention éventuelle de primes ou de subsides.
