Kontrakten omhandler rengøring af Boulevardtunnelen, 1 gang årligt (i januar/februar). Der er tale om nat-og weekendarbejde under sporspærring, hvor tunnel og mellemgange skal rengøres. Det indbefatter hele afvandingssystemet i fjernbanen delen og S-banedelen, i Boulevardtunnelen, som skal spules og suges. Det indbefatter afvandingsrenden der ligger i spormidte, alle brønde og tværgående ledninger samt sumpe ved pumpebrønd skal suges og spules for sediment.
