L’AT soutiendra l’unité de mise en œuvre du projet (UMP), mise en place par l’Office des Céréales pour le projet financé par la BEI et l’UE, et en renforcera ses capacités, contribuant directement à la bonne exécution, à l’efficience et à l’efficacité de la mise en œuvre du projet et indirectement à ses objectifs de «bonne gouvernance».
