Le présent contrat a pour objet le remplacement du système d'informations visuelles (SIV) sur les tramways de type Citadis 403 du réseau de la Compagnie des Transports Strasbourgeois (CTS). Cela s'inscrit dans le cadre de la GR (Grande révision) mi-vie à 990.000 kms. Cette révision permet de redonner un potentiel de vie de 990.000 km soit 15 ans à l’ensemble des organes révisés, tout en conservant un niveau de fiabilité supérieur ou égale à la fiabilité existante..
