Ex Ante Home-based spirometrie, gekoppeld aan een smartphone en softwareplatform, biedt innovatieve mogelijkheden voor casemanagement en thuismonitoring van COPD- en longtransplantatiepatiënten. Dit unieke project, aangeboden door patientMpower, stelt ons in staat om de zorg voor deze patiënten aanzienlijk te verbeteren door middel van continue monitoring en tijdige interventies.
