Description

Works consist of Alterations to existing Administration, Residential, School and PE / Gym Blocks to include for fire upgrade works to internal doors, compartment walls, ceiling and associated mechanical and electrical works in all four buildings. Alteration works in the Residential block to the Safe Room, Store Room, Staff Base, custody hatches to existing doors and new external doors. All works to be carried out in a phased manner at Coovagh House, St Josephs Campus, Musgrave Street Limerick.
