Description
Die Kantonspolizei St.Gallen möchte duch eine Ersatzbeschaffung das alte REM Raster-elektronenmikroskop (inkl. EDX) durch ein System welches auf dem heutigen Stand der Technik ist, ersetzen. Das Ersatzsystem soll uns erlauben, folgende Aufgaben zu lösen: * Schmauchuntersuchung: Wir wollen Proben (REM-Stubs) rasch und automatisch nach Schmauchpartikeln (konventionell und schwermetallfrei) absuchen. Die gefun-denen Partikel müssen manuell auf Zusammensetzung und Form kontrolliert wer-den können. * Visuelle Suche nach Windungskontaktspuren auf Glühwendeln. Das setzt voraus, dass wir die Glühwendel im REM in alle Richtungen drehen und verschieben und dass wir Materialkontraste zwischen Glas und Wolfram erkennen können. * Automatisierte Bestimmung von Proben, um die Elemente darauf zu analysie-ren (EDX, Mapping). * Bildaufnahmen mit bis zu 100’000facher Vergrösserung. Allfällige Zusätze zu einem solchen System, welche dessen Möglichkeiten erweitern, sind ebenfalls anzugeben.
