Description
The Directorate of Cultural Heritage ́s approx. 140 employees, moving from premises with mainly cell offices, into an activity based workplace in less than half of the current areas, in the centre of Oslo. The current premises shall be removed and emptied of all of the Directorate of Cultural Heritage ́s assets, be it to a new location or disposed according to the current routines. In addition to work areas, the Directorate for Cultural Heritage has a library and two different types of archives, which shall also be relocated as a part of the assignment. The current premises for the Directorate of Cultural Heritage shall, after moving out, be completely emptied and cleared and prepared for return to the landowner. The objective of the procurement is to enter into a contract for moving services, where most of the work will be moving archives, libraries and re-use furniture, in addition to disposal. The assignment can also include the purchase of used furniture.
