Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires. Les travaux concernent le traitement des fuites d'eau et la remise en conformité et du bâtiment PFE du Centre Hospitalier de Cayenne. Diverses infiltrations d'eau occasionnent d'importants dégâts.
