Predmetom plánovanej zákazky je rekonštrukcia materskej školy Nová Lipnica. Podrobný opis zákazky viď. v zmysle Časti B.2 Opis predmetu zákazky súťažných podkladov a na základe projektovej dokumentácie, ktorá tvorí Prílohu č. 7 súťažných podkladov (ďalej len „predmet zákazky“ alebo „dielo“). Verejný obstarávateľ upriamuje pozornosť aj na obchodné a ďalšie podmienky podmienky plnenia požadovaného predmetu zákazky, ktoré sú uvedené Prílohe č. 5 súťažných podkladov, t.j. Návrh Zmluvy o dielo, ktorá bude výsledkom tohto verejného obstarávania.
