Predmetom tejto verejnej súťaže je rekonštrukcia koľajového vozidla 92 56 1742 418-7. Hnacie koľajové vozidlo je určené na prepravu materiálu, strojov, ubytovacích vozňov, pre bežné použitie pri údržbe železničných tratí, pri výlukách, pri rýchlom zásahu počas prevádzky a pri havarijných situáciách.
