Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je kompletní rekonstrukce ORL ambulancí a zázemí pro personál v části 1. NP budovy č. 3 FNB. Jedná se o stavební úpravy stávajícího stavu, v rámci stavby nedojde k zásahu do obvodových ani nosných konstrukcí stavby.
