De opdracht is om een uitvoeringsgereed bestek te verkrijgen op basis waarvan de realisatie aanbesteed kan worden. Dit bestek wordt gebaseerd op basis van de eerder gemaakte systeemkeuze ten behoeve van de aanvullende zuiveringsstap op de RWZI Uithoorn.
