Description

Reisiteenuse tellimine koos reisibürooteenustega ja kõigi sellega seotud ning riigihanke dokumentides kirjeldatud teenustega, vastavalt vajadusele nii Eestis kui ka mujal riikides. Lepingupartner peab arvestama hankija reisijate konkreetsete vajaduste, eelistuste, turvalisuse, ajaressursi, rahaliste võimaluste ja mugavusega ning pakkuma alati optimaalset teenust. Teenuse korraldus peab olema paindlik ja hankija vajaduste huvides reisiteenuste turu konkurentsiolukorda ja valikuvõimalusi maksimaalselt ära kasutav ning hankijaga koostööle orienteeritud.
