Description
Ziel der Zusammenarbeit ist die Organisation von Rückführungsmaßnahmen auf dem Luftweg sowie teilweise auch auf dem See- oder Landweg. Es sollen Rückführungen in das europäische Ausland wie auch weltweit geplant, gebucht und durchgeführt werden. Rechtsgrundlage hierfür ist das Aufenthaltsgesetz (AufenthG).
