Description
Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens ist eine Rahmenvereinbarung mit einem Wirtschaftsteilnehmer über die Erbringung von Reisebürodiensten bzw. das Dienstreisenmanagement. Der Auftragnehmer hat dem Auftraggeber hierzu ein Reiseportal zur Verfügung zu stellen, mit dem das Personal des Auftraggebers Reisen buchen kann (unter Anwendung einer Reiserichtlinie und eines entsprechenden Genehmigungsprozesses).
