Der Zweckverband "Fließtal" betreibt als Abwasserbeseitigungspflichtiger der Gemeinden Mühlenbecker Land (ohne Ortsteil Zühlsdorf) und Birkenwerder im Landkreis Oberhavel, Brandenburg, abwassertechnische Anlagen zur Durchführung dieser Aufgabe. Inhalt und Ziel dieser Ausschreibung ist es, einen Rahmenvertrag für die Unterhaltsreinigung der Freigefälleleitungen für Regen- und Schmutzwasser inklusive Havariedienst zu schließen.
