Le projet de requalification de l'îlot Vélodrome à Belfort comprend : - La réhabilitation de deux bâtiments et de leurs abords pour la vente des logements dans le cadre de la VIR. - La réhabilitation de deux autres bâtiments et de leurs abords pour la location des logements via le DIIF. - L'aménagement d'un parc public pour valoriser l'espace urbain. - La création d'une voirie facilitant la circulation et l'accessibilité. - La viabilisation d'un terrain pour accueillir de nouveaux usages
