Description

Le projet consiste en la réhabilitation complète d'un bâtiment accueillant la Cité Culturelle. Elle abritera à terme des ateliers, une salle de spectacle, une médiathèque, une résidence d'artiste, un bar, une cuisine d'insertion. Une réhabilitation thermique complète permettant d'améliorer les performance énergétiques du bâtiment, le réemploi de matériaux mais également la mise en place d'un chantier participatif
