Marché passé à la suite d'une précédente consultation ayant été jusqu'à la fin de la phase APD. La nouvelle équipe de MOE qui sera retenue devra s’approprier les éléments architecturaux et paysagers validés et/ou imposés par les différentes instances scientifiques (et retranscrites sur les phases ESQ et AVP initialement validées) et répondre aux attendus du programme des travaux demandé par la MOA (CF DCE) L'opération s'effectue avec de fortes contraintes environnementales (CF DCE). Enveloppe prévisionnelle des travaux : 2 600 000 €
