La présente consultation a pour objet de sélectionner 3 candidats admis à présenter une offre lors de la consultation portant sur les prestations désignées ci-après. Il s'agit d'un marché de maitrise d'uvre dans le cadre d'une procédure formalisée avec négociation dans les conditions de l'article R.2124-3 et R. 2161-12 à R. 2161-20 du code de la commande publique. Le projet porte sur la réhabilitation et extension d'un bâti existant en vue de la création d'une école maternelle de 4 classes et ses abords, pour le compte de la commune de BRUNOY (département de l'ESSONNE);
